Robert Bunch received his Juris Doctorate degree from Cumberland School of Law. He has handled over 100 jury trials, both civil and criminal in his over 30 years of practice at both the state and federal level including a case in the Supreme Court of the United States styled Robert H. Matthews, et al. v. Margaret M. Heckler, Secretary of Health and Human Services, Supreme Court of the U.S. #82-1050.  This case involved questions involving the equal protection component of the due process clause of the 5th amendment.  Additionally, it examined whether a severability clause is an unconstitutional obstruction of the exercise of judicial review.

Robert Bunch presently focuses on representing clients whose cases involve social security disability benefits and supplemental security income benefits and other cases involving disability benefits owed by private disability insurance plans relating to short-term or long-term disability. He represents those individuals seriously injured from motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, and defective product-related injuries in addition to those damages and/or injuries caused by drugs. Another area of his practice involves representing injured workers in workers’ compensation cases and 3rd party litigation.  

Mr. Bunch is licensed to practice law in all State Courts, the U. S. District Court for the Northern Division of Alabama, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U. S. Supreme Court.
